We deal directly with customers in many instances in which the manufacturer or supplier no longer provides support. Our ability to repair often down to PCB component level avoids the unnecessary costs of expensive replacements. If time is crucial then options can be presented for replacement, fitment and testing.
Supporting laboratories nationally, although primarily based in Melbourne, our colleges whom we have established relationships with can fully support your laboratory requirements for instrument repair services, training, refurbishment, preventative maintenance and more.

Our dedicated workshop enables those smaller easily packaged instruments to be sent in for evaluation and a fixed quote presented for the repair or service that is most cost-effective. Alternatively for those instruments a little more bulky and perhaps fragile we can visit onsite to evaluate and investigate further.
As with any analytical instrument, repair requires following up with testing its performance against known traceable of certified standards to ensure confidence for all parties going forward. We offer workshop and onsite performance testing and calibration on a variety of instrumentation.

For Microbial SAS and Microbiological Surface Air Samplers we offer PM service and calibration to National Measurement Institute (NMI) standards requirements of ISO17025. Calibration is performed against NATA certified primary reference instrumentation and performed in a NATA accredited facility. Documentation of the As Found and Post Adjustment performance values over the 10 - 1000 litre range are provided in the calibration report. – Read More.
For Spectrophotometers we offer traceable wavelength and photometric calibrations using our NATA certified glass filter standards. We also look at the stray radiant energy and undertake adjustments/service where applicable to ensure ongoing accurate and reliable performance.
